Method
Build in the glass over ice: grape juice, liqueur and lime juice. Top up with the sparkling wine and stir just once.

The story
A nod to the Serra Gaúcha: sparkling wine and grapes from the same land. The name is a cheeky Brazilian saying, "suck it, it's grape", and it is the invitation.
