Created by Italian bartenders Samuele Ambrosi and Leonardo Veronesi, with the participation of Leonardo Pinto's Grappa Revolution project, to present grappa as a typically Italian spirit, starting from its traditional pairing with honey. The name comes from the initials of Veneto and Trentino, historic grappa regions, and the drink joined the IBA list in 2020, in the New Era category.
