Official spec
- Vanilla vodka50 ml
- Elderflower cordial15 ml
- Lime juice15 ml
- Honey syrupMonin10 ml
- Fresh red chilithin slices2 slices
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

A red chili.
History
Created between 2004 and 2005 by Salvatore Calabrese as the signature drink of the first menu at the bar FIFTY in London, which opened in February 2005. It was born at a time when vanilla vodkas were in fashion and joined the official IBA list in 2020, in the New Era category.
